However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, TONIC Skincare Australia will gladly refund any product that proves defective in manufacture. Please contact our customer service team via email info@tonicskincare.com.au directly before sending your product back within 30 days.

TONIC Skincare Australia will also offer store credit or exchange on any product that you have purchased from us. Please contact our customer service team via email info@tonicskincare.com.au directly before sending your product back within 30 days.

Please note due to the personal nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on any used or opened items.

 

Shipping

TONIC is proud to offer free shipping to all locations within Australia. Products will be dispatched once order process is complete. Shipping times vary from 1 – 6 business days depending on your location.
